The Beginning

One Oven, One Dream

It all began in 2019 as a humble home bakery, built on passion, perseverance, and a love for baking. Every morning before sunrise, the owner would wake up early to prepare dough, mix batters, and carefully bake each product by hand. The comforting aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries would slowly fill the neighborhood, drawing in curious neighbors and loyal customers alike. What started as small orders from friends and nearby residents quickly grew through word of mouth, fueled by quality, affordability, and genuine customer care.

Despite challenges along the way, the dream never faded. Through dedication, continuous improvement, and the unwavering support of the community, Damian’s Bakeshop continued to grow year after year. Each cake baked and every loaf of bread sold became a symbol of hard work and gratitude.

Fast forward to 2025, Damian’s Bakeshop proudly opened its first physical cake shop in Bangar, La Union. From a simple home kitchen to a welcoming storefront, the journey reflects determination and faith in one’s craft. Today, the shop serves the local community with freshly baked cakes, breads, and pastries made with the same love and care that started it all.

Damian Bakeshop is proudly owned by Edralyn Damian, a young and passionate entrepreneur whose love for baking turned into a growing business. As a single woman with big dreams, Edralyn built the bakery through dedication, patience, and countless early mornings perfecting every recipe.

By her side is her younger sister, who helps manage daily operations and customer orders. Together, they share the same commitment to quality, creativity, and warm customer service that makes every visitor feel welcome. What started as a simple dream has become a symbol of hard work and sisterhood. Today, Damian Bakeshop continues to grow — blending classic flavors with modern touches — while staying true to the heart and passion that built it from the very beginning.
